MOEYS Capacity Development Platform: Terms of Use

Welcome to the MOEYS CDP ("the Platform"), owned and operated by the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport (MOEYS) in Cambodia. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the MOEYS CDP.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MOEYS CDP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. User Registration
   a. To access the Platform, users must register using a valid email address and/or their Telegram account.
   b. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

3. Courses and Training Providers
   a. Users can enroll in courses provided by our partners (training providers) on the Platform.
   b. MOEYS CDP is not responsible for the content, quality, or delivery of courses offered by training providers.

4. Integration with HRCPD or HRMIS Platform
   a. Users can connect their MOEYS CDP account with the HRCPD or HRMIS platform, allowing the exchange of relevant personal information between the two systems.
   b. Users understand and consent to the sharing of information for the purpose of enhancing user experience and tracking professional development.

5. User Conduct
   a. Users agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the functionality of the Platform.
   b. Users shall not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms of Use.

6. Privacy and Data Security
   a. MOEYS CDP takes user privacy seriously and follows applicable data protection laws.
   b. The Platform employs security measures to protect user data; however, users are encouraged to take steps to protect their account information.

7. Intellectual Property
   a. The content provided on MOEYS CDP, including courses and materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.
   b. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Termination
   a. MOEYS reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these Terms of Use or for any reason deemed necessary.

9. Changes to Terms
   a. MOEYS may update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the modified terms.
