Why become a training provider on MOEYS CDP?
Responsive platform
MOEYS CDP has been designed to be responsive on different devices so that learners can access the course content and complete their learning activities from any device.
MOEYS CDP is also a progressive web application (PWA) allowing users to install MOEYS CDP on their computer and smartphone quickly and simply without App Store or Playstore accounts.
Simple authentication
Many users in Cambodia do not have or use email accounts frequently, so we provide multiple options for users to sign up on MOEYS CDP. They can choose between email and Telegram options or both.
Telegram Integration
MOEYS CDP users can communicate with the platform via our official MOEYS CDP Telegram bot to get updates and manage their accounts. Additionally, they can also opt-in to receive notifications on their Telegram accounts as well.
Reach target teachers and teacher educators
MOEYS CDP is one of the MOEYS's official platforms. Our MOEYS CDP team has been working hard with our outreach activities to extend our reach to teachers, teacher educators, and education staff all over the country. Users on MOEYS CDP can also verify their accounts on HRMIS, an official HR system for the national MOEYS staff.
Reward learners with verifiable certificates and/or CPD credits
You have different options to reward your learners when they complete your course and fulfill the requirements. Reward options include skill badges, verifiable certificates that 100% support the Khmer language, and CPD credits recognized by the MOEYS.
Accessible training and support
Our Help Center provides bite-sized tutorial videos that your learners can have access to at any time, which therefore allows you to onboard them quickly while focusing on delivering your course as efficiently as possible.
We also developed training material for the training providers to make sure they have the skills and knowledge to independently deliver their training on the platform and to offer support to their learners.
How to become a training provider on MOEYS CDP?
Step 1: Complete the required training
This self-paced 10-hour training covers everything the course creators need to know to develop and conduct training on MOEYS CDP. You are not required to have prior experience with Moodle to begin this training. At the end of the training, you will be awarded the CDP Course Creator badge, a privilege that allows you to request a course on MOEYS CDP.
Step 2: Register your organization
Once you complete the required training, you may register your organization as a training provider on MOEYS CDP by filling out a simple form. The MOEYS CDP team will reach out for more information.

Step 3: Submit your course request
Once your organization is registered, you may begin to submit course requests. Each course request must be reviewed by the MOEYS CDP team to ensure the quality of the courses on the platform.
How to contribute a course as an individual course creator?

Fill out a course request form to get your course reviewed by the MOEYS CDP team before it is published to the learners.
