Teacher Training Department is a technical department of the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport which is in charge of training for teacher trainees and teachers in Cambodia.

In the current context of globalization and fast transformations of new technologies ITC’s main concerns are to play an efficient role in the Cambodian society and to be at the cutting edge of development to improve our educational system. <br /> <br />Our goal is to provide students with a high quality education in the fields of engineering sciences and technologies. Students are provided with technical know-how and skills of analysis which allow integration and evolution in the labor market. To achieve this, the academic and international scientific research requires development. <br /> <br />Besides our academic activities, ITC contributes to maintain sustainable development and decrease the inequalities within our society through its internal functioning and opening-up to foreign countries and the way their students get admitted. <br /> <br />The current development of ITC owes a lot to the support of the national community and the great efforts made by staffs and students from generation to generation. <br /> <br />In 1993, Cambodian and French governments agreed to renovate ITC with a view to improve performance of the administration and financial services along with the educational system of the institution and the human resources. <br /> <br />Nowadays, ITC is at the crossroads in South Eastern Asia region where several partners meet:

វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ (P.T.E.C) ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងតាមរយៈការរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នានៃសាលាគរុកោសល្យនិងវិក្រឹតការ និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលគរុកោសល្យភូមិភាគរាជធានីភ្នំពេញតាមអនុក្រឹត្យលេខ ៧៣ ចុះថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០១៧។ វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញមានចក្ខុវិស័យ បេសកកម្ម និងតម្លៃស្នូលដូចខាងក្រោម៖ ចក្ខុវិស័យ៖ ដើម្បីក្លាយជាស្ថាប័នឈានមុខគេនៃការអប់រំគ្រូបង្រៀនក្នុងសតវត្សទី២១។ បេសកកម្ម៖ ដើម្បី​សម្រេច​បាន​នូវ​ចក្ខុវិស័យ វិទ្យាស្ថាន​គរុកោសល្យ​រាជធានី​ភ្នំពេញ បាន​កំណត់នូវ​បេសកកម្មគោល​ចំនួន​បីគឺ៖ M១- អប់រំ និងអភិវឌ្ឍគរុនិស្សិតឱ្យមានសមត្ថភាពពេញលេញ។ M២- ជំរុញការស្រាវជ្រាវអប់រំ ដើម្បីកែលម្អការបង្រៀន និងការរៀន។ M៣- ផ្តល់សេវាសង្គមដើម្បីរួមចំណែកបង្កើតគុណវុឌ្ឍិគ្រូបង្រៀននៅក្នុងប្រទេកម្ពុជា។ គុណតម្លៃស្នូល៖ មហាវិទ្យាល័យអប់រំគ្រូបង្រៀនភ្នំពេញគឺអនុវត្តតួនាទី និងទំនួលខុសត្រូវរបស់ខ្លួនដោយផ្តោតលើគុណតម្លៃស្នូលទាំងប្រាំ៖ ការគោរព សុចរិតភាព ការច្នៃប្រឌិត ការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្ត និងប្រសិទ្ធភាព (RIICE) ។
